Below are two screen shots, the first is of the centre of the desktop - it shows a black box with "Action C" written in it. This tells you that the last input gesture caused the Action C to occur. The second image is of the full desktop - if you look closely you can see the "Action C" box at the centre of the screen. Of course you can turn off feedback and control how long it appears on screen.
